Abadi Villas has 24 hour onsite English speaking staff.  Guests have access to an onsite villa manager (after hours on call), a personal chef and 4 butlers able to deal with your every needs and requests. All Abadi staff are experienced and specially trained in hospitality services. Abadi Villas has full time maintenance staff available to make immediate repairs to anything that may cause a problem

Discrete Villa Housekeeping

Abadi Villas schedules 5 in-villa housekeeping sessions each day designed to discretely maintain the villas at the highest standards without disturbing guests. This schedule can easily be adjusted  at the discretion of guests.

1. Before you wake up, the Villa is quietly tidied and made ready for the day.
2. During your complimentary breakfast,  with your permission,  beds are made and bathrooms tidied
3. While you are out touring or when convenient,  each day a full villa cleaning is completed  - linen changed; complementary toiletries replaced; yard, pool and building maintenance is undertaken
4. At dusk, the villa is again tidied and treated for mosquitoes.
5. While you are having dinner (in-villa or at one of the many local restaurants) the nightly turndown and tidy-up is performed.

Abadi villas staff are available at all times for immediate additional housekeeping as required by guests. Guest laundry can be organized daily by butlers at a minimal fee.

Concierge Style Services

Abadi Villa Manager and chef are available to advise on and book good local restaurants, arrange tours, transport, in-villa massage, babysitter/child minding and any other request. The staff can call for a taxi (usually a 5 minutes wait) at anytime of the day.

Full In-Villa Dining and Events

Every morning your choice of a freshly prepared complimentary breakfast is served in the villa, when you are ready.
Abadi Villas’ full time chef is at your disposal to prepare a range of meals from snacks to 5 course sit-down dinners; from Abadi Villas’ popular BBQs to an Indonesian buffet with traditional entertainment.  Abadi Villas has an al-a-carte dining menu to assist you in meal choice or Chef can prepare any meal that you may wish. Abadi Villas has a central kitchen outside the villa compound so that staff do not disturb guests when preparing and cleaning up after meals.
Abadi Villas’ team has extensive experience in successfully designing and delivery special events - birthdays, wedding dinners, anniversaries - complete with decorations and entertainments.

• Complementary wireless internet available throughout the villa
• Effortless arrival and departures with personalized airport transfers. Guests are met in the Villa by Abadi Villas’ manger for an orientation with a welcome drink and refreshing towels. All accounts are itemized and can be settled using international credit cards at the villa.
• A range of entertainments are available including a separate entertainment room with a 50” flat screen television and home theater with complementary HD movies. Each bedroom has a 32” flat screen TV and DVD player. All TVs show 64 international cable channels. The villa has a high quality stereo system (with IPod / MP4 player / computer / phone connection) cabled to the pool, dining and living areas.
• In the villa kitchen, there is unlimited complementary cool drinking water; a large refrigerator stocked with cold drinks and snacks; a microwave, cooker and kitchen utensils for those guests wishing to prepare their own meals.
